  I'm thinking this is Nairobi. Busia even at present doesn't look this way and their was a spelling mistake they're from leave from Burma.

  Thanks artolog, we will add the address to the record. For those trying to figure out which building it is, it's hard to see the numbers on here, but when you zoom in on the full version in our catalog, you'll see it is the building with the "Restaurant" sign.
