    Alec’s! Loved that building as a kid. The ramp was filled with flowers. But that was after when Alec’s was no more and it was Payless Drug.

    This is a Tesla bucket truck. (No relation to the modern electric vehicles.) Because of the Exempt plates, it must've belonged to city Public Works. May have been for oak tree arborist work. That's a stout boom. Other ideas welcomed.
