    Martin Broones (1903-1971) www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q55685596 Interestingly he lied about his age to appear older. For his 1923 passport application he used "1900" and IBDB lists his birth year as "1892". His birth certificate has him born in 1903. He was consistent on the day of his birth: "10 June". a860-historicalvitalrecords.nyc.gov/view/1430836 I found the ship manifest. They left England aboard the Leviathan on July 31, 1925. This image must be them returning from England and arriving in New York City. They were married on 22 December 1924 in Jersey City, Hudson, New Jersey, United States. This must be returning from their honeymoon.

This appears to be the May 18, 1912, Police Parade in New York City. The New-York Tribune claimed almost a million residents lined the street as 7,784 marched in the street.
