Fascinating! I had fun finding out exactly where this was - several levels down in Wynyard station looking north east up York Street. The only(?) constant is the wrapped statue of John Dunmore Lang (see note) - streetview goo.gl/maps/qArK5PK9UwXSgPsYA

The crude sign on the sideboard of the truck nearest seems to say Limerick but I am not familiar with the church. It is not unlike the Dominicans in Dominics Street but there is no steeple on that. It may be out in the county?
