LoC has another photo of this group, possibly during the same hearing, although not in the same exact location, in the National Photo Company collection. See www.loc.gov/pictures/item/npc2008012016/ which names them from L to R and agrees with me that Bain got two of the men switched. {Note to LoC: There's a probable typo in the NCP photo caption in Nelson's first name.} And archive.org/details/chargesagainsths00unit is a copy of the committee hearing digitized from LoC collections.
