    It seems the Moorgumpin-meaning 'place of sandhills' is spelled differently. According to the research, it is more likely to be Mulgumpin (Moreton Island).

    Bulwer is a small holiday and fishing village, surrounded by National Park on the N.W. coast of Moreton Island. Great use of tree branches to help secure the tent. The cut pole fence suggests a more permanent stay perhaps.
