What was the order of clicking? No clock on the church tower!
Edit - We are looking almost north, and going by the shadows on the left of the street, I think the Royal plate was first, the Cabinet second, and this Imperial plate was last. -

Maoin Cheoil an Chláir was opened by President Mary Robinson in 1994. Per the NIAH, it was built in 1775 and was a school until 1888, the the OS used it until the 1920s. The modifications noted by DannyM8 are from 1941 when the Sisters of Mercy bought it.
