O Mac Thasus is according to the German wiki page a See in the Roman province of Macedonia (now Northern Greece) and is used to for Bishops without a See of there own - Wall was only an Auxiliary Bishop of Dublin.

Rory Sherlock Rory's link makes the identification easy as they are all accounted for in the article. O'Maille was involved in a confrontation in April of that year at or near his home in Kilmilkin in Co. Galway where Constable Boylan, a widower with four young children was killed. One of those identified in the photograph is Dr. Michael Brown who was later Bishop of Galway and famous/infamous for the cathedral in Galway city!
