The obvious place for an elevated view in the cemetery is the O'Connell round tower. Shadows are being cast right to left, so we are probably looking East-ish. Sure enough, we would see the Botanic Gardens if looking North, and a lot of railway looking South. Even by the time of the 25" map at GeoHive, nearer the end of the possible date range, the only terraced houses are to the east.

Your bang on the money, its Fredrick street north, right outside the entrance of the garden of remembrance today. One of the buildings has a distinct archway on the entrance and the wall surface is different to all the others in the row. Otherwise search our catalogue with Show Digitised Items Only box clicked.
