The Fitzhenrys are stationers on O'Connell St in the census of 1901, but have retired by 1911. RIC man in a forage cap at left means not much before 1900.

All the straw hats suggest 1905ish to me.

Main St had been renamed to O'Connell St by the time of the 25-inch, surveyed 1904, published 1906.

In Streetview, you can see the dates Established 1777 Rebuilt 1925 cut into an upper story, along with a M for Mackey on a shield.

Can confirm Meagher as he of the sword based on his famous face in the window. Edmund Leamy after some research: "born in 1848, was a barrister, journalist, author and politician. Son of a merchant, he was educated at the Jesuits Tullabeg College in Co Offaly, he was elected as a Parnellite Home Ruler in 1880, holding one of the two seats in parliament for Waterford City. The story goes that, as he was a friend of Parnell himself, he often, along with John Redmond and Thomas Sexton, accompanied Parnell to various political meetings, and on one occasion, Leamy and Redmond had to hold Parnell back when he tried to swing for Irish nationalist and MP Justin McCarthy. Edmund Leamy died in 1904, and there is much debate as to whether he was in Liverpool or the south of France at the time. Thomas Sexton ( Waterford 1848 – November 1, 1932 ) was an Irish politician of the Irish Nationalist Party and later the Irish Parliamentary Party . Sexton was born in Waterford in 1848 and attended the local schools. At the age of 13 he began working for the Waterford & Limerick Railway Company , a railway company. Six years later he joined The Nation , a weekly newspaper. In 1880 Sexton was elected to the House of Commons and served until 1896. In 1887 he was High Sheriff of Dublin . He then held the office of Lord Mayor of Dublin for two consecutive terms in 1888 and 1889 . [1] From 1892 to 1912 he was chairman of the Freeman's Journal . I see in Streetview that H.D. Keane and Co. are now in the taller building to the left.

In 1911 census, Henry Declan Keane is 39, single, living with his mother on John's Hill.
