Earliest date - The Post Office on the left is "c. 1911" according to arrow.tudublin.ie/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1001&co... The women coming out of the PO look 1915-ish to me. Long dresses and the beginnings of cloche hats. A later reverse view shows different, more elaborate telegraph poles, and more creeper on the tower.
