George McAneny was president of the NYC Board of Alderman and Acting Mayor during the Atlantic Fleet and Naval Review activities in May, 1915. This was probably taken aboard the Wyoming.

At a June 2, 1914, ceremony at Columbia University's School of Journalism during Commencement Week, where they witnessed the unveiling of Partridge's statue of Thomas Jefferson, presented to the University by New York publisher Ralph Pulitzer.
