Retired at last This is the change of command ceremony aboard USS Wyoming (BB-32) at the Brooklyn Navy Yard (New York Naval Shipyard - NYNSY) as Admiral Frank Friday Fletcher (uncle of WWII-era Admiral Frank Jack Fletcher) took command of the Atlantic Fleet on September 16, 1914.
