The Wyoming, flagship of the Atlantic Fleet, anchored off 82d Street in the Hudson River on May 8, 1915 at the start of a 10 day series of activities including a Presidential review of the fleet. Commander in Chief of the Navy's Atlantic Fleet, Adm. Frank Friday Fletcher. This was probably taken aboard the Wyoming.
