    Wystan: Thanks for pointing out the additional information. Admiral Frank F. Fletcher and Admiral Charles J. Badger are depicted here on the USS Wyoming as Fletcher took over command from Badger of the Atlantic fleet in September 1914. We will add all of these details to the record when we update.
