Wystan: Thanks for pointing out the additional information. Admiral Frank F. Fletcher and Admiral Charles J. Badger are depicted here on the USS Wyoming as Fletcher took over command from Badger of the Atlantic fleet in September 1914. We will add all of these details to the record when we update.

The third officer, pictured but not identified in the caption, is Rear Admiral Bradley A. Fiske, aide for operations to Secretary Daniels of the Navy.

On the left is Frank Friday Fletcher, who had been promoted to Admiral in March, 1915 and was commander of the Atlantic Fleet, 1914-1916.
