All of these from NY seem to be 1913 based on the license plates on the motor cars. :)

The Rovert Building was sold in 1913: this NYTimes story: query.nytimes.com/gst/abstract.html?res=9807E0D6123BE633A... says "A Fifth Avenue sale representing an investment of nearly $500,000, formed the important feature of the market yesterday. The property sold was 588 Fifth Avenue, occupied by the six-story Rovert Building, on a plot 27.6 by 100. It is between Forty-seventh and Forty-eighth Streets, on the west side, separated by a single plot from the new home of the Black, Starr Frost jewelry firm, recently completed, on the southwest corner of Forty-eighth Street" which places this photo exactly.

Another clue that it is 1913 is the "Easter '13" at the top of the photo.
