The cars look like mid-30's Plymouths.

Howard33 - Sir Thomas Henley died on 14 May 1935 - so the cars would be a good match. His funeral was held on 16 May 1935 at Field of Mars Cemetery preceded by a service in the Grimm Memorial Presbyterian Church, Drummoyne. The funeral is reported on page 13 of the Sydney Morning Herald - 17 May 1935: news.google.com/newspapers?id=wk0QAAAAIBAJ&sjid=95EDA... funeral&pg=7303,2784268 With regard to vehicles it states only, " Five car loads of flowers preceded the cortege."

Agence Meurisse photo at Gallica site is another view of this funeral cortege, taken a little bit earlier. It seems Gallica either does not have all of its Meurisse photos digitized, or that LOC has some Meurisse photos in its collection that the Bibliotheque Nationale de France does not.
