The guy with goggles is the despatch rider for the bike. Possibly a Triumph. When the WW1 started, recruted Despach riders had to bring their own bikes!

Hannah S Lambert of Tramore write a letter to the Waterford Chronicle on May 25th 1907. The subject was the Seahorse memorial (the Seahorse being a ship which had foundered). Also from the letter we learn that her mother was a native of Waterford, lived for a number of years near Dunmore East, and spent a great deal of her youth at Tramore.

A Mrs Hannah Lambert was a defendant in a court case over a disputed Will (her brother's who was a Wexford farmer) in 1908. Perhaps (if it's the same Mrs. Hannah Lambert) she wanted to avoid her own will being disputed by not only writing it clearly but also by getting Poole to make a copy/copies. (Dublin Daily Express - Thursday 19 November 1908)

Hannah Sheppard Lambert Born 1850 according to 1901 & 1911 censuses. Lived in Waterford in 1901 & Tramore in 1911.
