    Viscount Haldane , Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain, visiting the United States; at West Point on 30 August 1913. The automobile looks to me to be a Franklin.

    I agree, Infrogmation, it has to be a Franklin. Very distinctive circular radiator with mud guards underneath. Probably 1909-1910. In 1911, Franklin changed to a "coal scuttle" hood, hinged at the front.
