It is rather timeless - we had a store in Belfast that I was taken into often in the early sixties and even the clothing on display looked like this! It had money tubes.

My grandmother had a Harry Lauder 78rpm record--I think it belonged to her mother. Harry's wikipedia entry: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harry_Lauder Mrs. Lauder was the former Ann "Nancy" Vallance, whose father managed a colliery in Lanarkshire. If this photo was taken in late 1915, that was just a year before their only son John died in WWI (in late 1916).
