The plaque on the left says "Deutsches Kulturinstitut". The current version is at 62 Fitzwilliam Square.

Apparently in 1965 it was at 37 Merrion Square which matches the number on the door. In fact, up until Christmas at least the reading room was at Merrion Square. But it's closed for "reconstruction" until 2016. There's a picture of the door here, at the bottom. Streetview.

J&K Walsh at #11 is still there in Streetview. The café was Guiney's as of 2009.

The signs by the open door to #8 are for Charles S. Quinlan, solicitor. Who seemingly commissioned other images from Poole. Like this one of the aftermath of a fire. Which may have been business/client related.
