Here's a photo I found on dublin dot ie forums which is actually from the Charles W. Cushman Photograph Collection at Indiana University Archives showing this corner. Abrahams was #1 Dame Street, the laneway at right is
FosterExchange Court, as seen on the OS 25" map at GeoHive. -

As can be seen at the OS map link, this is Church Street further along, but the near end is Custume Place, formerly Victoria Place. Several of the shop owners can be found in the 1911 census: e.g Campbell, Farrelly, Fleming's Medical Hall is on Church St. proper.
