I checked our trusty Irish Motor Directory and Motorists' Annual, and who appears in the 1912-1913 edition but the registered owner of IY 136 - one Major A. Owen Lewis, H.M. Prison, Mountjoy, Dublin...

As can be seen at the OS map link, this is Church Street further along, but the near end is Custume Place, formerly Victoria Place. Several of the shop owners can be found in the 1911 census: e.g Campbell, Farrelly, Fleming's Medical Hall is on Church St. proper.
