    This is the reason a background story needed for each photo picture and this social worker must has done something uniquely, otherwise, he wouldn't be taken this photo and printed on news paper. A brief introductory of this person will bring this image to live.......knowing this photo's background story will make viewers walking into time tunnel back to America's 1900 or the world in 1900. The time tunnel walking is the major attraction to these valuable historical photos.
