    She was owned by the Clyde Shipping Company 1562 GRT when registered in 1917. Ran aground on 22Dec 1939 at Seven Stones Reef between Cornwall and Scilly Isles. All hands saved by RNLI lifeboat from St Marys. RLNI Cunard (Watson Class) lifeboat was donated by the Cunard Steamship Company and was stationed at St Marys Harbour (I of S) 1930-1953.

    Here we see the victorious US Navy rifle team which competed in a match against teams from the National Rifle Association, the Citizen Forces, and the Royal Australian Navy, held at Long Bay rifle range, in Sydney, on 31st July, 1925...as you can see, they're using the Springfield M1903, which was the US service rifle from 1903 thru to WW2...
