The SB or signal box on the OSI 25" map. Aerial view suggests it is gone now, the spot is a carpark.

ODEA 35/7 suggests that this is not the SB on the 25", but a different one nearer to the station platform. Yes, ODEA 36/76 shows this signal box beside the Goods Store shown on the 25", which is where the new station is now.

The board shows twin tracks heading for Waterford and Carlow to the right and a single track at left heading to Portlaoise. The Portlaoise branch was closed in 1962.
