The date on a Bain News Service photo, in this case 7/9/13, doesn't necessarily represent the date the original photograph was taken. It may possibly represent the day the photo was copied or used. Since this is clearly a copy photograph (note the tack in the far upper left corner) it is possible that the photograph was taken earlier.
