The photo closely resembles photographs of John Skelton Williams, but in 1913 Williams looked somewhat older. w4.stern.nyu.edu/sternbusiness/spring_2007/triumphOf1914.... The date on a Bain News Service photo, in this case 7/9/13, doesn't necessarily represent the date the original photograph was taken. It may possibly represent the day the photo was copied or used. Since this is clearly a copy photograph (note the tack in the far upper left corner) it is possible that the photograph was taken earlier.
