A Hawk 81-A2 (export version of the P-40C) of the American Volunteer Group - before they became known as the "Flying Tigers." Probably a 2nd Pursuit Squadron ship, and another takeoff or landing accident. The "Tigers" tore up exponentially more ships in operational accidents than they lost in combat...
