  Pre-66 anyway. The tram is from Nelson Pillar to Terenure according to the sign on it.

  The Portobello College building was built in 1807 and was originally a Hotel. archiseek.com/2010/1807-grand-canal-hotel-portobello-dubl... If we knew the story behind the baldacchino on the roof (missing from this photo) it might give a clue as to the date.
