affidavits regarding the Parker family, tenants of
Roseville, Tallow, co. Waterford. Originally held by
William Parker and inherited by his children.
Includes reference to the malicious burning of
Roseville in June 1899 and the eventual conveyance
of Roseville to David O’Keefe and John O’Connell
after considerable legal difficulties that arose in this
conveyance with the Parker family. "
