These are Rudge-Whitworth 'path racing' bicycles, with a raised hand on the head-badge!
Also note the chrome(nickel?)-plated, sloping fork-crown!!

Thanks, Carol. They look as if they mean business. I have doubts as to whether it's the same Tyler Challenge Cup, but Freeman's Aug 27 1895 describes a splendid specimen of the silversmith's art donated by Tyler & Son "the world-famed boot people"

Other red herrings: a Tyler Cup for GAA in Wexford, another Tyler Cup for something horsey again in Wexford, and another horsey Tyler Cup but in Armagh. All 1890s.

Middle one at the front is Hunters Champion Cup. It's for showing hunter horses.
