  Brooklyn-born singer Josephine Premice (1926-2001) was twice nominated for Tony Awards; in addition to her stage work, she sang calypso music, which this photograph is probably showing (from the drummer's costume). Her parents were Haitian immigrants.

  Looks like Gregory Felix Delgardo of Gerald Clark and His Caribbean Serenaders, Felix and His Internationals, Felix and his Krazy Kats, etc. He's the clarinetist on a lot of 1940s calypso recordings made in NYC.
