March 22, 1925, page 7, bottom of column 5 chroniclingamerica.loc.gov/lccn/sn86072160/1925-03-22/ed-... It seems likely that this photo was taken then. The LoC photo at www.loc.gov/pictures/item/2014718086/ was clearly taken on the same occasion. It has the date 3/23/25 written on the negative. The 4/28/27 date written on the negative of this photo was at the time Negri's marriage to Prince Mdivani was announced. The photo was probably used at that later date.
