  About Beach House Hotel: Opened in 1901 as the Scarborough Hotel, and was previously renamed Marty's on the Beach, the Beach House Hotel. The Hotel was totally demolished and rebuilt and opened on the 31st of July 2014. It has Bars, TAB, Gaming, and full cafe facilities with relaxed, friendly dining. All right on the beachfront - The only thing we overlook is Fraser Island. There are also Five function rooms available for for use up to 450 people in the Scarborough Room upstairs.   This is definitely Union Square in New York City, specifically near the corner of Union Square East and East 17th Street. The building in the background in 200 Park Avenue South.
