In 1903 the Drake Business School began operations in the upper floors, advertising “well lighted and cheerful rooms” where students could be trained in shorthand, telegraphy, higher accounting and other business courses.

A possible match from May 1st 1914. A Z-Elizabeth rather than S-Elisabeth, but remember Fraser/Frazer. Shes in New York and sounds like the sort of person who would belong in the Sheehy-Skeffington circle of acquaintances.
