Elna Munch (Elna Elisabeth Munch) (née Sarauw).  In 1896 she graduated with an M.Sc. degree in mathematics from Kbh.s University (Copenhagen University). In 1902 she married Peter Munch (1870-1948), who was later Denmark's foreign minister from 1929-1940.   They had one son Ebbe Helge Munch (1904-1976). A Danish feminist and politician, (Danish Social Liberal Party), she was president of the Danish Women's Suffrage Association.  In 1918 Elna became one of the three first women in the Danish parliament, where she sat until 1935.  [1] [2]
