Really fishy is right. Some really bad scraping and scratching. You're probably right about it being the Blackwater. There's another Poole where Lismore Castle is in the background. Interesting! On first viewing I thought that this was a Tynan shot but a Poole???? Watching Michael D. over the weekend on Tommy Tiernan talking about his time with the ESB and the joys of rural electrification this seems very apt! He did his Leaving in 1960 and then got the job with the ESB so this just has to be at the latter end of the date range as those pylons appear to be cable-less!
