    The warehouse seen here on the right of frame (at the corner of Carrington/Wynyard Sts) was built for Lark & Son. The original building was completed in ?1893...it was acquired by softgoods merchants Paterson Laing & Bruce in 1899, who then made additions, which were completed in 1900. More substantial additions along Carrington St, which almost doubled the size of the building, were made in ca. 1920. The building is seen here prior to the 1900 additions...which added 2 stories and a square tower at the Northern end, etc... The building also appears in this pic pre the 1900 additions www.flickr.com/photos/powerhouse_museum/2963813686/
