This appears to relate to the Szabo murder case. NYTimes article (ref below) mentions a conference at the office of the Austro-Hungarian Consul, including: Franz Fischerauer, the Vice Consul Arpad Kremer, attorney for the Consulate the article also mentions Dr. Breitenfeld "representing the Consul General" concerning the autopsy of Mrs. Szabo.
