National Library of Ireland on The Commons I have a thoroughly unremarkable photo on flickr which gets 3-4 views a day, but the total goes up by 200 or so every day, and it's now on 28,000+ views. Flickr say they are aware of the phenomenon of random photos getting a huge view count, and they'll do something about it when they can be bothered. This fault might or might not be an explanation for the
