“Michael Walker is in the centre - he was the 50-mile champion of Ireland at the time; the photo also has his brother John Walker, Richard J Mecredy (always known as Arjay; there's a photo of him here en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_J._Mecredy and a couple more on the cover of a recent book about him), Matthew Walsh and Bernard Doyle.”

FMV J 23

  • Stig Jarlevik said:
Five of these FMV J 23 were built To the right is visible the first prototype after its first modification of the fin. Top left is the second one and bottom left is the fourth one built. Only uneven serials were used. When this type was built in 1923, no Swedish Air Force had yet been created, so these serials are Army ones. The first digit stood for the year it was built, while the other three digits are their true serial numbers. Stig
