"With a huge train of silver brocade, decorated with creeping myrtle and orange embroidery." The date on there is 1913. The Victoria Louise in question is Princess Victoria Louise of Prussia. She was married to Ernest Augustus, heir to the title of Duke of Cumberland in Berlin on may 24, 1913. Her full Wikipedia entry is here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Princess_Viktoria_Luise_of_Prussia
