I like the token tram, heading east with its rear pole up, on Gardiners Road.......and how Banks Ave was to become the major thoroughfare, with trams. That role fell to Bunnerong Road, at left, and with buses!

The only thing I know about this school, is that in the 1960's they won a lot of brass band competitions.
