There's such a European look to the architecture and landscaping, I had to do a double-take to be sure it said this was D.C. The people in it are intriguing, too; I wonder whether they were models or actual servicemen and their dates? I like how the polka-dotted woman's right arm is motion-blurred, and how neatly the stripe-skirted lady's feet are pressed together.

Might be hard to tell, but this image was used on a collaged "pocket fish" made in the "Craft Cabin" segment of THATCamp LA (it's the small item on the totebag):
