Viewers, please note the location on the map does not match the physical location of the plant. The plant is in Moss Landing, Monterey County, California. I think this facility was purchased by Duke Energy. Also known as US Geological Survey (USGS), Geographic Names Information System ID1703618 Moss Landing Power Plant. USGS says the plant was built in 1952.
