Here is link to Wikipedia bio of then king of Spain, Alfonso XIII, sure looks to be the same guy. (But who is "Seade Moulin", maybe refers to the two gentlemen on the left)? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alfonso_XIII_of_Spain

Looks like it might say "Jean De Moulin," but I can't find anything under that name, either.

In May 1913, Alfonso visited President Poincaré of France in Paris. See NYT of May 8, 1913: query.nytimes.com/gst/abstract.html?res=9D07E5D91F3AE633A... "PARIS, May 7. -- King Alfonso of Spain arrived in Paris this morning on a three days' visit to President Poincare. He and Count Romanones, the Spanish Premier, drove from the station with the President in a four-horse carriage, escorted by cuirassiers." This could certainly be in Paris and I think the soldiers could be cuirassiers.

Swanq: Thanks! This certainly looks probable. We'll fix the date and title in the source data and reload the description

Could be on the same occasion as
.
At least, Queen Mary appears to be wearing the same hat and possibly the same dress.
Date of the photo from the University of Caen appears to be April 23, 1914. -

Thanks for the identification of the people Ron Jones. Using the date you suggested swanq, I searched some newspapers and found this photo published in the April 25, 1914 edition of the Manchester Guardian. Their caption says "The King and Queen, accompanied by President and Mme. Poincare attended the races at Auteuil the day before they left Paris. The Queen and the President are seen in the photograph leaving after the races." We'll add this information to the catalog record.
