Here is link to Wikipedia bio of then king of Spain, Alfonso XIII, sure looks to be the same guy. (But who is "Seade Moulin", maybe refers to the two gentlemen on the left)? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alfonso_XIII_of_Spain

Looks like it might say "Jean De Moulin," but I can't find anything under that name, either.

In May 1913, Alfonso visited President Poincaré of France in Paris. See NYT of May 8, 1913: query.nytimes.com/gst/abstract.html?res=9D07E5D91F3AE633A... "PARIS, May 7. -- King Alfonso of Spain arrived in Paris this morning on a three days' visit to President Poincare. He and Count Romanones, the Spanish Premier, drove from the station with the President in a four-horse carriage, escorted by cuirassiers." This could certainly be in Paris and I think the soldiers could be cuirassiers.

ah you mean his cousin, Raymomd, the photo more resembles him so yes, quite the family President of France from 1913 to 1920. Henri himself was only 58 when he died so he could not have been Raymond's father :) en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raymond_Poincar%c3%a9
