ah you mean his cousin, Raymomd, the photo more resembles him so yes, quite the family President of France from 1913 to 1920. Henri himself was only 58 when he died so he could not have been Raymond's father :) en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raymond_Poincar%c3%a9
